Corporate lots: Any cancellations made 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit half of your deposit. Any cancellations made 30 days or less of the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit. ANY CANCELLATION MADE PRIOR TO 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL RESULT IN A $25 CANCELLATION FEE.
